- Integrating the results of stakeholders’ satisfaction into the department’s improvement plan.

- The completion of the executive plan for improvement in the Arabic and English languages for the palliative courses in the department, which was made based on the students’ evaluation of the courses, success rates and internal references(Mental Health Nursing Theoretical / Practical – Communication Skills and Human Relations – Psychology – Statistics – Psychiatric medicine )
